Farfalle (bowtie shape) Pasta

The Fiorentini family has been making gourmet pastas by traditional Italian methods for almost a century. They start with the finest durum wheat semolina flour and then carefully form the pasta in bronze molds after which it enjoys a lengthy drying process. The result is a delicious pasta, rich in texture and flavor. These pastas are colored and flavored with squid ink, spinach, tomato, mushroom and beets. 1 lb. bag with header card.
